As a District Sales Leader with Gordon Food Service, Kerry consistently drove new volume to exceed annual growth and performance targets. His strong background in hospitality and foodservice allows Kerry to successfully manage Source1 Purchasing national accounts while maintaining good relationships and articulating customer savings opportunities. Kerry earned an A.S. in Computer Information Science from Florida Metropolitan University. He enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and snorkeling.

Lee Hohenstein brings more than 20 years of sales and operations management experience from Lowe’s, Home Depot, and TJ Maxx to our company. He has a proven record of achieving year-over-year growth, customer service excellence and leading teams of hundreds of associates. Lee also has 11 years' experience in food and beverage operations. Prior to launching our Customer Success Team, Lee supported our national account programs as an account manager where he was recognized for outstanding support. He holds computer certifications from Robert Morgan Technical College. Lee enjoys spending time outdoors and with his four daughters.

David also specializes in the concession industry. David is originally from the Bronx, attended Bernard Baruch and earned an A.A.S. in Business Management. David is very proud of his 40+ year marriage and enjoys cruising and being an auto aficionado.

Prior to accepting this position, David served as the Quality Assurance Representative at I-Vox Solutions and a Funding Executive at Novation Settlement Solutions. David’s foodservice background comes from his time at the Breakers and being the Assistant Manager at Dominos’ Pizza. He brings extensive experience in customer service and sales to our team.

Emma Ryder leads national account programs for our company. Emma formerly spent 20 years with Cintas Corporation and ABM Industries in program management and branch operations where she was responsible for client interaction with major accounts. Emma and her team partners with our corporate customers to provide a custom, branded support platform so each operator can gain the benefit of our full range of services. She is highly regarded for her ability to work at all levels of our national account relationships and for her practical insights that drive results. Emma attended Eastern Connecticut State University’s in education and is fluent in Spanish. She loves cheering on her children in baseball and dance, and having fun outdoors.

Margaret Young works closely with our new customers to help activate their program benefits quickly. Margaret originally joined our company as an account manager where she developed a large, loyal customer following. Her exceptional talent for educating new members on our programs led her to join the Customer Success Team. Margaret’s prior career includes more than 25 years of network development, provider relations, program management and business development experience in the social service, healthcare and insurance industries including Aetna and Prudential. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from Trenton State College. Margaret enjoys sharing life with her husband and their two adorable cats.
Santiago Arango

Santiago Arango brings outstanding experience in research and data analysis to Source1 Purchasing. His initial role was to help implement enterprise software solutions to drive our customer enrollment and service processes. Now an Account Manager, Santiago is responsible for providing business analytics to support and grow customer relationships in the southeast. Santiago’s formerly worked in public policy with the James Madison Institute and DeVoe L. Moore in Tallahassee, and completed our business intern program. He earned a B.S. in Economics and Psychology from Florida State University and is fluent in Spanish. Santiago enjoys reading and playing sports with his friends and family.
